Inroad® Dental Synthetic Bone Graft is an osteoconductive, bioceramic bone graft for dental applications designed to fill bony defects and voids. This synthetic biomaterial promotes bone regeneration via blood circulation and cell migration. Inroad® emulates the biological microenvironment of bone without donor risk and maximizes the ability of cells to saturate the synthetic bone graft to enhance the likelihood of cohesive bone regeneration.
- 100% synthetic; increased patient safety with no risk of disease transmission or donor site morbidity
- Composed of 90 ± 5% hydroxyapatite (HA) and 10 ± 5% β-Tricalcium Phosphate (β-TCP) in a semi-dense, multi-porous structure
- Trabecular-like structure unique to Inroad® mimics natural bone
- Interconnected three-part structure (primary pores, secondary channel and tertiary holes) provides superior capillary action which facilitates greater ease in cell migration and new bone growth at the site of application
- The porous nature of the granules allows for the micro-channels and pores to act as synthetic capillary vessels during the initial application with organic capillaries naturally forming as new bone growth occurs.

It is vital that implanted bone grafts are capable of providing mechanical integrity and nutrient support during the process of bone regeneration. Inroad® spearheaded the movement to more efficient alloplast (i.e. synthetic) products that overcome the limitations commonly seen for bone regeneration.
Common Uses:
- Extraction sites
- Alveolar bony defects
- Sinus floor elevation
- Other bone defects
Honeycomb Design - Provides mechanical stability and allows a favorable environment for cells to survive. Various pores and micro-channels built within the structure expedite capillary action and mimic the capillary vessels in the human body.
